If you are unable to see the physician in the clinic for any reason, then please call our office to see if a telemedicine visit is an option for you.
If you are a candidate for a telemedicine visit, then the instructions are as follows:
1. Call our office at 847-593-6800 to schedule your telemedicine appointment
2. In order to complete your visit, you will need a computer or a smartphone (with a camera and microphone)
3. About 5-10 minutes before your appointment time, click on the link below to connect with your doctor.
4. You will be re-directed to a virtual waiting room.
5. When your doctor is ready to see you, he will complete your virtual visit in real-time.
