He seems to truly care, he listens and collaborates.
One thing needs to be understood , in this practice one only ever sees one doctor: your initial contact. Which is fine if you connect with him, but if not one cannot switch his colleague.

Dr. Marsiglia Is excellent he rid me of the pain in my neck 2 years ago and now I'm going to him went to him to leave the pain in my back and I know hes going to be successful. He is caring and dedicated.

Dr Louis is a wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable doctor. I have been seeing Dr Louis on and off over the past 9+ years and have recommended him to multiple people. He is genuinely interested in what is going on, not only with what is causing you pain, but with you as a whole person.
He is always very positive and has often said to me, "don't worry, if this doesn't work, I have other ideas"
However, for me at one point, there were no other non-surgical options and he referred me to an amazing neurosurgeon who was just as talented and caring as he is.

First time meeting with Dr. Marsiglia, he was very thorough, took his time to explain everything, put me at ease with treatment plan. I was very comfortable with him, and was happy with his thoroughness and professionalism. I am looking forward to very good outcomes.

Dr Lewis and staff are excellent. I got very positive results from the knee treatment. Go figure, a doctor that does what he says he can do. Amazing!!

Dr. Marsiglia does a great job explaining the procedures, and working to find ways to fix the problem. Great communication during the procedure to keep you at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone with pain issues.
